Thank you! You have some lovely things, although I disagree with you that Svankmajer is unwatchable: I actually chose it as a Film Group watch and everyone was fascinated by it: enough so to watch the shorts on the same DVD… 😀

🙂 God bless Svankmayer. As a work of art I have a lot of respect for his creation, but yes, not an easy watch. Do you agree that most Alice films fail to trasfer the essence of the books? Whats your favourite film adaptation to Alice?
you know, 95% of the (bit of) traffic im getting to my blog is that random post, which was mainly a rant to voice out how much I hated Burton’s versions. I have dozens of posts about the books, but the one about the film is the one getting noticed somehow.
