Arabic Alice

Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland translated into Arabic.

Paperback.

I’m a bit shaky on the details of this one, given that I don’t understand the alphabet, let alone the language.

I do know that it was a present from my friend Debbie, that it opens from the back (which feels very odd), and that the character on the front, who I think is the Queen of Hearts, looks like my Auntie Sandra…

I really like the illustrations, but I can’t credit the artist, as I can’t read their name…

Thanks, Debbie: when you get back from Sudan, you can translate some of it for me 🙂
